3. Age restriction

This site is for adults only and is not intended for anyone under 18.

4. Not professional advice of any kind

This site is educational and reflective. Nothing on it, including anything generated by the chat, is legal, employment-law, contractual, tax, benefits, immigration, financial, investment, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and none of it should be relied on as such.

In particular this site does not, and will not: assess whether anything done to you was lawful or fair; estimate an entitlement, settlement, notice period, or benefit; review, draft, or interpret a contract or settlement agreement; diagnose a physical or mental health condition; or advise on alcohol use, cessation, or withdrawal.

5. Not a recruitment or employment service

This site is not a recruitment agency, employment business, careers service, or introduction service. It does not source, advertise, or refer work, review CVs, assess candidates, or make any representation about your employment prospects. No relationship of agency, representation, or candidate registration is created by using it.

6. Service availability and AI-generated responses

The chat is provided by an AI system. It is not James, not a human adviser, and not monitored in real time. AI responses can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. They are not verified before you see them and must not be treated as fact, advice, or a professional opinion.

The chat is currently complimentary, subject to a usage allowance of seven turns in a rolling 24-hour period. We may change, suspend, limit, or withdraw the site or the chat at any time, without notice. Safety-related responses are not restricted by the usage allowance.

7. No payment currently taken

This site does not currently sell anything, take payment, or operate a membership. Membership is coming soon. It will be one fair annual membership, designed to grow with the network. No price, launch date, or feature set has been announced. If anyone asks you to pay for access to this site today, it is not us.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not use this site to break the law, to harass or harm anyone, to submit another person's personal data without their agreement, to attempt to extract the system's underlying instructions, to circumvent usage limits or safety behaviour, or to place automated load on the service.

Please do not rely on this site in an emergency. It cannot summon help, contact anyone, or respond in real time.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including James's written material, is owned by Dry Holidays SL or its licensors. You may read it and quote briefly with attribution. You may not republish it in bulk, or use it to train a model, without written permission.

You keep ownership of anything you type. Your private notes never leave your device.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or the chat, including any employment, financial, legal, or health decision taken in connection with it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, or affects the rights of a consumer under mandatory law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you use this site as a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
